Polymer is a chemical term for a material composed of repeating units called monomers. Many consumer products are made from polymeric material. The polymeric material is formed by thousands of repeating monomers put together to make up a functional material. Some consumer products are made polymers, commonly called plastics. We export polymer materials, sourced from Iran manufacturers & producers. As a supplier, we provide a comprehensive range of polymers.
These materials are available as resins, regrind, pellets, granules or powders.
Polyvinyl Chloride [PVC]
Poly (vinyl chloride) is the third-most widely produced plastic, after polyethylene and polypropylene. PVC is used in construction because it is more effective than traditional materials such as copper, iron or wood in pipe and profile applications.
It can be made softer and more flexible by the addition of plasticizers, the most widely used being phthalates. In this form, it is also used in clothing and upholstery, electrical cable insulation, inflatable products and many applications in which it replaces rubber.

Polyethylene (PE)
Polyethylene is classified into several different categories based mostly on its density and branching. The mechanical properties of PE depend significantly on variables such as the extent and type of branching, the crystal structure and the molecular weight. About sold volumes, the most important polyethylene grades are HDPE, LLDPE and LDPE.
Range of Polyethylene Includes:
—Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE)
—High-density polyethylene (HDPE)
—Low-density polyethylene (LDPE)

Polypropylene (PP)
Polypropylene, also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. It is produced via chain-growth polymerization from the monomer propylene.
Polypropylene belongs to the group of polyolefins and is partially crystalline and non-polar.

ACRYLONITRILE – BUTADIENE – STYRENE [ABS]
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is a common thermoplastic polymer. Its glass transition temperature is approximately 105 °C.
ABS is amorphous and therefore has no true melting point. It is a terpolymer made by polymerizing styrene and acrylonitrile in the presence of polybutadiene.
